The Meaning Behind 96 hours
During my time serving in the U.S. Navy, I was given orders to live in Okinawa, Japan. Every couple of months, military members would look forward to federal holidays, which granted us 4 days off, what we called “96s”.
Throughout my 3 years stationed there, I traveled nearly every 96 to a different country. This fueled my passion in traveling. Friends and coworkers often asked for tips and guides for the places I visited, which made me very good at creating itineraries for a short time.
Enter 96hours, my passion project and blog dedicated to making the most out of a short trip.
A Little more about me…

My Favorite Destination: Singapore (it was my first solo trip!)

My Favorite Cuisine: Japanese! (with Mediterranean as a close second)
